1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified in the event of significant delays.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time (6–13 business days)

Standard Shipping (All Supported Countries)

  • Transit Time: 6–13 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons or holidays

Luvena Fashion is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.


4. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $11.10 USD

Applies to all eligible domestic and international orders.

Free Standard Shipping:

Available on all orders over $100 USD.
The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the United States):

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees required by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • Customs clearance may affect delivery timelines.


6. Tracking & Multiple Shipments

  • Tracking information will be sent via email within 48 hours of shipment.

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

  • If shipped separately, you will receive tracking information for each package.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Luvena Fashion is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the maximum estimated delivery window (16 business days), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Luvena Fashion is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services

However, we will assist customers in filing claims where applicable.
