Refund policy


At Luvena Fashion, owned and operated by RANTOINE ENTERPRISE LLC, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags and packaging attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Sale

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@luvenafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer. Returns must be sent to our verified return address provided in the approval email.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@luvenafashion.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@luvenafashion.com.
